Carnegie acted as financial advisor to Østensjø Wind in the sale of its 18.96% stake in Edda Wind. Østensjø Wind has signed an agreement to sell its 21,300,000 shares (18.96%) in Edda Wind to Geveran Trading Co Ltd., Wilhelmsen New Energy AS and EPS Ventures Ltd at a share price of NOK 24.50.
