Investment Banking

Carnegie Investment Banking offers expert advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital market (ECM) transactions. Our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) unit also offers guidance related to capital acquisition through corporate bonds and fixed income instruments. With a unique understanding of sectors and capital markets in the Nordic region, Carnegie is a leading Nordic adviser in corporate finance. Operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the UK, and the US

Private Banking

Carnegie Private Banking offers extensive financial advisory services to high net worth individuals, small businesses, institutions, and foundations. Our team includes experts in areas such as asset allocation, asset management, law, tax management, pensions, and trading in securities and fixed-income bonds. We operate in both Sweden and Denmark.

Securities

Carnegie Securities provides institutional clients with a range of services, including research, brokerage, sales trading, and equity capital market transactions (ECM). Additionally, the Fixed Income unit offers bond research and sales. Carnegie’s highly regarded research, brokerage, and equity sales hold a globally leading position in Nordic equities. We operate in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the UK, and the US.

Asset Management

Carnegie Asset Management provides long-term, sustainable, and active capital management based on fundamental research through its two fund companies: Carnegie Fonder and Holberg. Carnegie Fonder operates in Sweden, and Holberg operates in Norway. These independent fund companies offer a comprehensive range of services, from custom total solutions to individual fund products across both traditional and alternative asset classes. Asset Management caters to institutions, resellers, and retail clients.
