Frigoscandia is a full-service provider of temperature-controlled logistics in the Nordic market. Headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden, the company employs around 1,300 people and generates more than SEK 3 billion in revenues in 2023. Following Mutares’ acquisition from Posten Norge in 2021, a series of turnaround measures have been implemented and Frigoscandia has successfully been repositioned as the Nordic champion of temperature-controlled logistics.
Dachser is a family-owned global leader in system logistics founded in 1930 and headquartered in Kempten, Germany. With 376 locations worldwide, the company generated EUR 8.1 billion in net revenue in 2022.
