Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser in relation to the sale of FFW Group to Jakala a portfolio company of Ardian Buyout for an undisclosed amount. The transaction enables Jakala to expand their digital offering while strengthening their presence in the US, Nordic and German markets. The combined entity will have a revenue of approximately EUR 500 million. Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser in connection with the sale of FFW.
