Directed share issue in Integrum AB — SEK 121 million

Carnegie acted as sole bookrunner in the directed share issue of 2,200,000 new class-B shares at a subscription price of SEK 55 per share. Integrum develops and markets innovative systems for osseointegration. Integrum’s OPRA™ Implant System improves the quality of life for amputees through improved function, comfort and mobility.
