Anders Antas

Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since June 2018. Antas started in 2004 at Carnegie Helsinki as a broker and has held several positions in the company, including Head of Treasury and most recently Chief Operating Officer for the Investment Banking & Securities business area. Prior to Carnegie, Antas worked for SEB Enskilda Securities within equity research.
Jacob Bastholm

Head of Carnegie Denmark since 2017. Previous experience includes Head of Corporate Finance at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and executive positions within ABN AMRO.
Christian Begby
Born 1963
Head of Carnegie Norway since 2012. Before joining Carnegie, Begby worked for SEB Enskilda in Norway for 15 years, primarily within Corporate Finance, with the last two years as Head of the unit. Between 1996 and 2000, he was Head of Research at SEB Enskilda.
Tony Elofsson
Born 1972
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2023. Elofsson joined Carnegie in 2002 and was recently the Nordic Head of Investment Banking. He joined the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team at Carnegie in 2002, which he led from 2007. From 2019, he was Head of Investment Banking, Sweden. Tony has worked in Investment Banking and ECM since 1996.
Thomas Flakstad
Global Head of Securities and Head of the New York office since 2024. Thomas has worked at Carnegie for a total of 27 years and has successfully managed Carnegie New York since the beginning of 2010. From 1994 to 1998, he worked in derivatives & equity sales at Carnegie, Oslo, and rejoined Carnegie in 2001 as equity sales in New York. During the three years between his time at Carnegie Oslo and New York, Thomas co-founded and managed a smaller hedge fund in Oslo.
Emelie Friberg

Global Head of Communications and Sustainability since 2020. Emelie started at Carnegie in August 2020 and has previous experience from global law firm White & Case and Deloitte.
Petter Hagen

Group Head of Investment Banking since 2024. Petter joined Carnegie in 2002 and spent his first years on the Energy team in Investment Banking. Since 2011 he has been Head of Investment Banking in Norway.
Hanna Jensen

Group CRO at Carnegie since 2022. Jensen has been at Carnegie since 2010 and her previous experience includes various positions such as Head of Non-Financial Risk and Head of Group Operational Risk at Carnegie. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Consultant at EY.
Carl Larsson

CIO at Carnegie Investment Bank AB since 2024. Larsson’s previous experience includes positions such as independent strategic advisor, consultant, and board member within the financial industry. Prior to that, he worked at Carnegie, Deloitte, and Morgan Stanley
Fredrik Leetmaa
Born 1971
Global Head of Private Banking since 2022. Fredrik started at Carnegie in August 2009 and worked as Group Credit Manager until December 2010. After that, he held the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) until 2022. Formerly, Fredrik was Credit Manager at SEB Luxembourg. Previous experience includes BOS Bank Poland and various managerial positions in the SEB group.
Helena Nelson

Group Legal Counsel since April 2013. Nelson has previously worked for Swedbank as Group Compliance Officer and Head of Operational Risk. Previous experiences include Group Legal Counsel for Skandia.
Andreas Uller

Head of Asset Management since 2023 and CEO of Carnegie Fonder since 2021. Andreas was previously Vice CEO and Head of Business Development for Carnegie Fonder. He is also the former Head of HQ Private Banking and CEO of CAAM Fund Services.
Lena Österberg

Head of Global Research and Sustainability Strategy since 2024. Lena started at Carnegie in 2014 as Head of Equity Research and became Head of Sustainability, Research & Strategy in 2020. Previous experience from SEB Enskilda.
