Anders Antas

Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since June 2018. Antas started in 2004 at Carnegie Helsinki as broker and has had a number of positions in the company, including Head of Treasury and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for the business area Investment Banking & Securities. Previous to Carnegie, Antas worked for SEB Enskilda Securities within equity research.
Jacob Bastholm

Head of Carnegie Denmark since 2017. Previous experience includes Head of Corporate Finance,Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Formerly, executive positions within ABN AMRO.
Christian Begby
Born 1963
Head of Carnegie Norway since 2012. Before joining Carnegie, Begby has worked for SEB Enskilda in Norway for 15 years, primarily wihtin the are of Corporate Finance, whereof the last two as Head of the unit. Prior to that, between the years 1996 and 2000, he worked as Head of Research at SEB Enskilda.
Tony Elofsson

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2023. Elofsson joined Carnegie in 2002 and was recently working as the Nordic Head of Investment Banking. Elofsson joined the Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) team at Carnegie in 2002 which he led from 2007. From 2019 he was Head of Investment Banking, Sweden. Tony has worked within Investment Banking and ECM since 1996.

Henric Falkenberg

Global Head of Securities since 2009. Falkenbergs previous experience includes positions such as Head of Securities at SEB Enskilda during 11 years as well as Head of Securities at Alfred Berg. Prior to that, Falkenberg has worked with equity sales at both Öhman and Consensus.
Emelie Friberg

Global Head of Communications and Sustainability since 2020. Emelie started at Carnegie in August 2020 and has previous experience from global law firm White & Case and Deloitte.
Fredrik Leetmaa
Born 1971
Global Head of Private Banking since 2022. Fredrik started at Carnegie in August 2009 and worked as group credit manager until December 2010 and after that Leetmaa held the position Chief Risk Officer (CRO) until 2022. Formerly Fredrik was credit manager at SEB Luxembourg. Previous experience includes BOS Bank Poland and various managerial positions in the SEB group.
Helena Nelson

Group legal counsel since April 2013. Nelson has previously worked for Swedbank as Group Compliance Officer and head of operational risk. Previous experiences include Group legal counsel for Skandia.

Lena Österberg

Head of Sustainability, Strategy & Advisory since 2023. Started and Carnegie in 2014 as Head of Equity Research and became the Head of Sustainability, Research & Strategy in 2020. Previous experience from SEB Enskilda.
