Anders Antas

Born 1975

Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since June 2018. Anders Antas started in 2004 at Carnegie Helsinki as broker and has had a number of positions in the company, including Head of Treasury and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for the business area Investment Banking & Securities. Previous to Carnegie, Anders Antas worked for SEB Enskilda Securities within equity research.

Björn Jansson

Born 1963

CEO since september 2015. Previously Head of the Investment Banking & Securities business area. Björn Jansson has also worked at Enskilda Securities for 11 years, as global Head of Research and Co-head for SEB Enskilda Securities. During 1993-1998 Björn worked at Alfred Berg as Global head of Research and, before that, as sector analyst and local head of research at Enskilda Fondkommission in Stockholm.

Christian Begby

Born 1963

Head of Carnegie Norway since 2012. Before joining Carnegie, Christian has worked for SEB Enskilda in Norway for 15 years, primarily wihtin the are of Corporate Finance, whereof the last two as Head of the unit. Prior to that, between the years 1996 and 2000, he worked as Head of Research at SEB Enskilda.

Elisabeth Erikson

Chief Information Officer (CIO) since 2017.

Previous experience: Head of Business Development, Skandiabanken. Formerly Business Area Manager, Banking Services and Mortgages, Skandiabanken

Fredrik Leetmaa

Born 1971

Chief Risk Officer (CRO) since December 2010. Fredrik started at Carnegie in August 2009 and worked as group credit manager until December 2010. Formerly Fredrik was credit manager at SEB Luxembourg. Previous experience includes BOS Bank Poland and various managerial positions in the SEB group.

Helena Nelson

Born 1965

Group legal counsel since April 2013. Helena has previously worked for Swedbank as Group Compliance Officer and head of operational risk. Previous experiences include Group legal counsel for Skandia.

Henric Falkenberg

Born 1960

Global Head of Securities since 2009. Henric’s previous experience includes positions such as Head of Securities at SEB Enskilda during 11 years as well as Head of Securities at Alfred Berg. Prior to that, Henric has worked with equity sales at both Öhman and Consensus.

Jacob Bastholm

Head of Carnegie Denmark since 2017.

Jonas Predikaka

Global Head of Private Banking since June 2016. Jonas has extensive experience within Wealth Management and has previously held the position as Head of Wealth Management and Private Banking for the Swedish operations at Danske Bank. Previous experience also includes Global Head of Sales at SEB Private Banking.

Ulf Vucetic

Born 1971

Global Head of Investment Banking since 2015. Ulf Vucetic joined Carnegie in 1997 and has worked within investment Banking in various management roles ever since, as an advisor within M&A and ECM, primarily in Sweden.
